Over seven hundred Nigerian nurses and doctors cheated their way into the NHS , used proxy's to sit exams back home , forged certificates , then suddenly their drawing blood and signing death certificates?? Two are already jailed dozens sacked yet the watchdog only caught attention to this after patients died ? If you walked into the hospital and you could hardly understand a doctor or nurse and like these cases not even qualified wouldn't you rather have a proper qualified person that could communicate in our language? I know what id prefer

NHS doctor here, Rupert. If you'd checked your facts before this racist dogwhistle, you'd know that every NHS doctor can speak English - as proven by their IELTS proficiency (look it up... or are you just a populist hatemonger for whom facts don't matter?). Kindness may not solve everything, but my God the hate you spew is builds nothing, improves nothing, and only stokes division.
