@FlyAirNZ not good. we just arrived in New Orleans to discover my wife’s flight booking was not changed. We were travelling together with separate linked booking references 5RATLH & YVZVWH. We had to payNZD $60 to change the booking and USD $ 274 to buy a ticket at the airport.
