@GoTTi1337 Aber Ernährung is sowieso das wichtigste, wenns ums Abnehmen geht, das is sowieso klar. Gibt aber genug Leute die Laufen gehen, obwohls kein Spaß macht, weil sie denken es hilft mehr beim Abnehmen, obwohl Krafttraining für die meisten mehr Spaß machen würde und auch mehr hilft
