This will provide a larger grassed safety run-off area down the sides of the pitch, as well as increased warm-up space for substitutes. #UTI #IRON

I’m hoping we’ll be seeing next season kits much sooner this summer. What does everyone want to see? It would be good to see a fresh direction for the home kit. I’d like another retro style away kit though.

@sufc_mike I’d like to see them earlier, without defects, accurate sizing and decent quality. I am a fan of doing something quirky with the third kit. Love the retro idea for the away kit. I hope the home kit is significantly better than this season’s. Personally , I hated it

Proper good value. Yes, a slight increase but compared to other clubs - I think we should be grateful that we are not being asked to stump up more.

@Simonseffers @mapleiron1 @ironbru_net Another issue, loan players have to be better than whats already in the building. They should be players you have no chance of ever signing. Only 1 or 2 have been that imo. The recruitment in the loan market has not been the best. Have to utilise that much better.

Personally I'd like to see a smaller squad (and utilise the loan market)but filled with quality rather than a bit of quality but a fair few bang average fill ins. The likes of Cal , Pat Jones and Ollie Ewing are the quality we need to keep and build around imo.

@Simonseffers @mapleiron1 @ironbru_net Smaller squads often carry better quality/standard of players. Rather than the playing budget being stretched over a bigger squad giving average players £1.5/£2k you can pay £2.2/£2.5k for a better quality of player. Thats if its done properly of course.
