Having built a ‘Big app’ I can confidently say one thing - I’m not talented. I just iterate. In 2022, I remember being on a call with a guy and telling him about how I wanted to make a ‘fun’ workout tracker. I also told him that I would market it on tiktok. He told me I was silly, that the fitness space was saturated and that TikTok was just filled with kids Now it’s 2025, Stronger is crushing it and TikTok is the main organic acquisition channel for mobile apps 🤯

Why walks are great to reduce exam-stress! 1. Calming - walking helps you de-stress 2. Emotions/Feelings - a great time to relax and tune in to how you’re feeling 3. Fresh air - there is nothing like being outside to clear your head Just take 15 minutes to go out for a stroll!

Here are some tips for your study groups! 1. Take breaks for a friendly chat but don't try to talk and work 2. Work on the same subject 3. Comparing answers 4. Tell each other what you plan to do 5. If you're gonna play music make it instrumental to avoid a Maths concert!
