Personal opinion: SPRM is now caught between a rock and a hard place in the Rafizi Ramli, James Chai and the ARM case. If they charge, they risk walking into court with a weak case and being humiliated when it gets thrown out. If they don’t charge, then the whole thing starts looking exactly like what many have suspected from the beginning: a witch hunt that turned into a wild goose chase. Azam Baki has less than a week left in office. So yes, it will be interesting to see what happens next. But at the end of the day, maybe it won’t be his problem anymore. Kan?
