One of the girlies is hosting a “Praise & Pilates” event this morning where the older women will talk about stewarding the bodies the Lord has given us followed by a Pilates session 💗

Okay so my husband and I are looking at churches in our area to possibly become members of. I was raised and active in a Lutheran ELCA through high school. He was raised in a nondenominational church and not active. We are looking for something that fits our family.

After the Pilates event, I got to spend time with one of my girls. We ended up finding the prettiest dresses at Target, then I took her to Cava to wrap up our little girls’ day. The manager even covered our bowls. Just a really lovely day ✨🤍.

@homemakinghunny It was so much fun with the mixed ages of women. The exercises were excellent, we had healthy snacks and hung out a bit afterwards.

15 pounds down this year and I'm not keeping it to myself! 🎉 Life happened, but so did discipline and grace. God is good and so is progress. 💪🏾 I’ve always been pretty petite, but life happens and this is something I wanted to tackle.
