@SteelcaseAP I was trying to post regarding update on issue ,by mistake I clicked on solved .Can you recheck the status of warranty request and I need a definitive ETA please .This is taking ridiculously long time just to process a claim when all data has been provided.

@SteelcaseAP @Steelcase What is the normal time frame to verify and process warranty for product? Does it really take more than a month to come to resolution for warranty claim cases ?
