NO LPG, NO PROBLEM Fireless Cooking (No Heat Needed): •Salads: Sprouts salad (mixed with onion, tomato, lemon), cucumber salad, or mixed fruit bowl. •Sandwiches: Vegetable sandwich with cucumber, tomato, and cheese. •Snacks: Dry fruit laddoos, coconut burfi, or papad snacks. •Drinks: Lassi, smoothies, and fresh fruit juices.  Microwave Recipes (Quick & Easy): •Breakfast: Microwave Poha (soaked, then microwaved with seasoning) or Egg Bhurji. •Main Course: Vegetable Khichdi (using pre-soaked rice/dal) or Vegetable Pulao. •Snacks: Dhokla (besan mix microwaved for 3-5 mins) or Paneer Bhurji.  No-Cook/Pre-cooked Alternatives: •Curd Rice: Mix leftover rice with curd and seasoning. •Soaked Foods: Soaked oats, soaked poha, or soaked mung dal.
