So eyes deviate AWAY from irritative lesions like a seizure   DESTRUCTIVE LESIONS (STROKE) It’s human morbid curiosity—you can’t help but look at destructive things! So eyes deviate TOWARD from destructive lesions   Hopefully, now you will never have to look up which direction the patient will look!
