@HarrisonSmith85 I was curious, what’s the one movie that paved the way for slashers for you? I would personally have to say Friday the 13th (1980) but that may be too easy of an answer. I can’t think of anything before hand that really defined the genre. Go ahead and correct me.

@SinistrEdge F13th just had resounding commercial success in its rip off of Halloween. I don’t think it started the sub genre but it moved it to its final formula.

@HarrisonSmith85 I did put a lot of thought into Pyscho. And yes it has its moments. I don’t immediately think slasher. But it did in a way set a standard. Texas Chainsaw was just a bloody good time. Again though I dont immediately think slasher. That’s just me though. (I am young though 39)

@SinistrEdge I’d have to say Texas Chainsaw 1974 that started to crystallize the “and then there were none” slash formula. Could we go back to Psycho? Likely yes as it’s definitely a slash flick. Then it evolves to Texas Chainsaw. You can argue Jaws 2 furthered things.

Okay you all have to stop coming at me about this ridiculous Dan Hausen experiment. One of the biggest storylines you could actually bet on who was gonna be as partner tonight and they decide to go with a little person. What are we doing? I’m all for entertainment and wrestling, but this is absolutely a complete waste of time and just dumb. And Wade Barrett said he’s making a mockery. That’s exactly what this is. I understand he’s popular with the kids and the T-shirts and stuff. But this is gonna get old real quick and for me I’m already over it. This is an absolute waste of time. And the crowd doesn’t know if they should boo cheer or what. We couldn’t get CM Pumk, or Oba, or Drew. I mean the whole point is to embarrass Kit Wilson and The miz one more time. This doesn’t do any of that not even close to that. It just embarrasses the company. Listen to the crowd you can hear a pin drop.
