Ilhan cannot be charged with making a false statement on her immigration petitions since the statute of limitations is passed for 181usc1001 or 18usc1425. However, there is no statute of limitations for denaturalization. DHS can refer the immigration fraud to DOJ's denaturalizarion unit and she may be deported after being denaturalized. It's a civil action via federal courts so she can appeal.
