Valve has been doing an excellent job with the recent updates. A market reset was exactly what we needed with such a massive influx of new players - an entire new generation falling in love with Counter-Strike - it was important to address the old market. Many newcomers were looking at insane skin prices and felt completely priced out. This reset has changed that in a big way a lot of my friends who previously refused to buy skins because they felt ridiculously overpriced are now happily building their own loadouts. When we queue Premier, it’s no longer just me with skins while everyone else is default - now 7 out of 10 friends are rocking their own setups. That kind of change feels great.Valve touched everything: weapon skins, knives, gloves, and now even souvenirs. They’ve given the entire market a fresh start. It genuinely feels like a new beginning, and I’m loving it. Imagine you just start playing the game, and to run a full S-tier loadout you already need 40k for gloves, 20k for the AK, and so on. Honestly, I see all of this very positively.
