Side note - satin bedsheets might sound all sexual and that but it’s far from it when you slide out of bed at 2am and end up in a crumpled heap on the floor
Breaking British weather official declares itself no binary. Sighting being just 1 season at any 1 time inhibits it’s freedom of expression.
In other news pray for British summer time.
Update: British Airways has again extended the suspension of all flights to South Africa — flights to Johannesburg are suspended until June, while Cape Town flights are suspended until July, at the earliest. #COVID19
@swalesmetroprof Stop bleating people all over the uk will say the same of the establishment. And there is the problem. The calibre and type of people in politics are somewhat lacking and that’s as true of the welsh parliament as Westminster.
Wales current constitutional status is, in global terms, rather unusual in that most powers & big policy decisions are determined by an institution in the country next door, where elected Welsh politicians have little or no influence on a bureaucracy that barely notices wales.
@ajwc63 It’s the cheating to gain an advantage by rolling around shouting at the ref and The pussy mentality that’s been bread into the game because it works that’s the problem. Bet he carries on and laughs about it in the changing room. Running the game soft as shit snowflakes
This is what is killing football as a sport.
A young lad, Kieran Coates, playing an U23 match produces an excellent tackle with perfect timing and trailing leg tucked away, but he gets a yellow...ridiculous #SCFC
@ansumDave@LeftWingSociety I live in a rural community with a 12/100000 case rate and we have been in the equivalent of tier 2 for almost 3 weeks it’s killed the hospitality sector yes it’s divisive and I don’t believe it’s the solution for the record.
@SionT1@LeftWingSociety I am happy for stricter guidance
Pubs/ schools/ unis should not have opened so soon.
But that's it the point. There is harm if locations are singled out again the stats show this
@ansumDave@LeftWingSociety I never said Liverpool should be in tighter restrictions but I’m sure as many people are happy with the situation as are unhappy. Opinion is as ever divided.
@SionT1@LeftWingSociety Nev r said anything about voting I said that other regions have similar infection
And nottinghsm has far more
Why solely Liverpool region singled out
These are facts
@ansumDave@LeftWingSociety I’m sure other regions will follow rightly or wrongly. There’s no getting away from the fact it’s spreading. Doesn’t matter who you vote for or where you live.
@SionT1@LeftWingSociety There are other regions with far higher infection rates
There are other regions with equal/similar infection rates
Why are these not in similar precautions.
I do not object to measures taken just confused with the differences in strategy despite facts
@ProfKarolSikora Denbighshire north wales currently under lock down. Saturday night 9oclock 6 people in a wet sale led pub that pre lockdown would have had a Q outside close us and find the support package or back to the 6people 4 bubble. Unsustainable at present
I can fully understand the frustration and fury.
We’ve got a whole new lockdown system apparently and yet no official word or details from Government.
How must pub owners feel in those areas? Reading about their futures on Twitter without the full details. Not good enough.
County Councilor and Pub landlord of over 30yrs asks Mark Drakeford to consider banning the sale of alcohol in supermarkets before closing all pubs down. Closing the pubs will only take the problem underground and into private houses, the evidence supports Dont kill the Pubs
