I’d take it a step further: erase the 40 hour standard, everyone works 4 hour days. More shift changes, more job spaces to fill, more time to enjoy the only life we’re given. Do this and pay them more, money is fake just like time.

I think 3x12s a week or 4x10s should be the norm for work. Anything over that is automatic overtime. More days off during the week. 5x8s is dumb.
