Ryan Zimmerman — who was transgender & went by “Emma” — moved in to have a relationship w/ Corey (Sarah’s husband). Corey warned Ryan (Emma) that Naria felt transgender females needed to portray themselves as female. Ryan had not yet begun transitioning or hormone therapy. At some point, Corey asked Ryan (Emma) to leave & Corey left for the weekend. It was during the time Corey was gone, that Sarah & Naria devised a plan to murder Ryan (Emma). Sarah strangled him to death, dismembered his body, & dispersed his body parts throughout Ohio. Sarah ended up marrying Naria — her partner in murder — & divorcing Corey. When the police attempted to arrest Naria, he killed himself. Sarah Buzzard was sentenced to life in prison.
