This is one mistake most young business men make when starting off in business! The total cost worth of goods in this shop is not more than 5M Naira! But as you can see the aesthetics of the shop costed more than 1M naira. Most of the shelves are still empty!, but he has an Air conditioner ON! A business that starts like this might not last more than 2yrs rent!

@Miss_Oluremi That is quite commendable. He shouldn't have gotten back with her since he knew he wasn't going to wife her.

I learnt this from my uncle. He and his ex fiancé had issues. He went to her family house to plead with her. Her parents were present, he went there with just his friend. Another heated argument started as they both narrated their sides of the story. My uncle kept quiet because he was in the midst of his to-be in-laws. The girl continued running her mouth until she pointed a finger to my uncle and said, "eleyii naa." That statement changed everything. My uncle said, he stood up, thanked his ex parents, and told his friend to meet him in the car. He left. Later, everyone pleaded with him later to forgive the girl. The girl too pleaded. They got back together, but he told the girl he'll never marry her. She thought he would change his mind, so she got pregnant. He took care of the pregnancy and accepted the child. But he never married her. Years later, he married someone else.

@tehmie_ We are not too busy not having time for others. We only text or call who we feel is more important. While work is important,family/ relationships are also important. These are people we fall back on when things go wrong.

Gentlemen, when someone misbehaves, do not react so angrily that your response overshadows the initial misbehaviour and now becomes the issue. Don’t end up being the one needing to apologise when you were initially the victim of bad behaviour. Be clear that you will not accept or tolerate the misbehaviour, but be measured in how you express your disapproval. This is especially important when you are in a position of authority over the other person. It is also especially important in your relationship with your woman. I am Ezemmuo. I know things.

@Hiyhtaste @oku_yungx Rashford played fewer minutes and often came off the bench. In terms of big chances missed, Haaland missed more.

To stay solvent, they price in expected losses 3. Apps use third party tech for instant onbording, KYC, locations checks, and credit scoring. These services are not free. On the other hands, banks have existing infrastructure and larger loan sizes that spread costs thinner.

1. Yes, the interest rate charged by the loan apps is outrageous, however, we may need to consider some factors contributing to this. Fintech loan apps operate under diff costs & risk structures, hence the higher interest rates. Banks lend out customer deposits, which is cheap.
Bolaji Fesomade@MasterBolaji

Nigeria's current interest rate is 26.50%. Some banks charge about 30%, meaning for every ₦100k borrowed, you're expected to repay ₦130k per annum. But @OPay_NG seems not to follow this. Dear Opay, why are you charging ₦204k on a ₦470k loan? That's almost 50%. Why?
