If your humidifier keeps you up at night, just use it in the day. Turn it on when you wake up. That should be plenty.

It is fine to run a humidifier on the essential oils mode without any essential oils.

It is not uncommon for babies to be born with blue eyes, and then as their eyes develop and start saying things, their natural color comes in, if blue is not it. Within the first year or even 6 months. Sometimes 2 years.

Stay away from non-stick aluminum foil! They have to coat it with something to make it non-stick. Food grade stuff is usually Teflon. It is a forever chemical that once it is in us and the environment, it never goes away. Avoid! I see non-stick, I don't eat.

Cortisol picks up when you're awake, stressed or something. Melatonin increases when you're going to sleep. Taking extra melatonin can help relax you to sleep. Take 0.3 to 5 mg a day. 30 minutes before bed.

If your body is puking, it is telling you it doesn't want something in there. It might cause you to lose appetite. You might have to wait to eat. That is ok. 🤮

For a humidifier in your bedroom, medium to high is good. In the summer you can do it on low because we have a lot higher humidity. The mist is optional. Just be careful what you set it on as could damage certain surfaces.

Have you ever been in a rain storm where there is no air between the rain drops? That is 100% humidity. It gets really hot and wet down in the south. It can get to a 100% humidity. It is miserable. 🌧☔💧☀

Let's talk humidifiers. 🙂 is your happy zone. The percent humidity your body will be best with is 40-60%. Moe than that is too much water in the air. Less than that is too dry. percentage is the amount of water in the air. 100% humidity is water falling right out of the air.

There is a lot less water in snow than you think. If you fill a bucket with snow, most of it will be nothing. ❄️

If you're feeling nauseous, soak your feet in hot water and put a cold pack on your neck. Cold will feel good and hot will help push things down. You can use a bathtub but that water will cool down quicker. A foot bath would be best. 🦶🛁🤢🧊

To get fish oil, I personally recommend just eating fish. It is so good for your body. If you need a substitute, there is powdered, pill, and liquid. My preference would be the pill or the liquid. Just eat it off a 🥄 or put the liquid in a smoothie. It will taste like fish.

In the winter, 20 and below for humidity is not uncommon. You will run your humidifier all day long everyday, and only make it to 25. That's low, but that is #Alaska. Just keep running your humidifier. It is better than nothing.

My patient got a worm still in its sack on their kale. I don't know if vegetables are cleaned before they are sold. You would think they would be. However, I have found clumps of dirt on my leafy greens. I think they clean them to only a small degree, so remnants are left.

Tofu, soy milk, and soya flour are made out of soybeans. I don't recommend soy. If we don't eat it as little kids all the way as we are growing up, our digestive tract doesn't break the big proteins down well. It's hard to digest unless our microflora is used to breaking it down.

Foods high in androgens can contribute to breakouts. Fatty fish, salmon, tuna, oysters, eggs, leafy greens, spinach, avocados, pomegranates, and nuts are rich in this. However, I would not eliminate them entirely. Moderation is key because these are healthy foods.

When growing #sprouts, one bag should last numerous uses. A tablespoon at a time in a cork-sized mason jar. The bag won't say to do a tablespoon at a time, but you need to or there won't be enough room for them to breathe. Good enzymes and good protein in them. Try it.

Clover sprouting seeds are beneficial. I approve of you eating them. No need for planting shears as you eat the whole thing. Instructions say to use a sprouting container. A mason jar works, too. You just take them out and rinse in a sieve and then put them back in the Mason jar.
