Today PA did something massive: we voted bipartisan to decriminalize HIV in the Commonwealth. I’ve worked on this for years and am damn proud to see this statute eliminated with SB 45. Proud of my partnership with @RepBenWaxman — it made all the difference. HIV is not a crime!
