- I’m sold that Bishop is under cover - Maddy either picked up on this -or- the feds have already got to her (maybe she went to them with information right after their first meeting in an attempt to help Rue). It’s possible the feds told her to keep an eye out for him and make contact (so he can keep her safe.) #euphoria (Season 3. episode 6.)

If Bishop is a fed, there is good chance he might be able to kill in certain cases due to Supremacy Clause. (Side note, that just because it is permissible under the law, doesn’t make it right. Personally, I think Supremacy Clause should be reevaluated. It has given agencies like ICE the power to murder with impunity over what used to just be a paper work issue 20 years when it was the handled by what was called the INS).
