@DeltaAssist there was something wrong with return flight for 3 people. They wanted to come home on 8/13 but are scheduled on 8/3

@DeltaAssist took a group of kids there to play baseball. Luggage was lost and had to pay taxi $200 for a round trip to pick it up

@Delta after taking a group to the DR qith one problem after another you still want us to pay another $1000. Never again with delta!
