My 5yo and 6yo are playing restaurant. My 6yo's restaurant has a no baby policy. My 5yo has 5 babies and is very angry about this. She's causing a whole scene at the restaurant. The babies are crying, it's crazy. I'm trying my best not to get involved in this.

Individuals from other countries in the Americas are referred to by their own nationality. When was the last time you heard anyone call a US citizen a United Statesman/United States of American?

Although, they don't because they are not the US (unlike Alaska, which is). Most of these countries form part of SOUTH America, an entirely different CONTINENT.
