@long_covid To be referred would be nice. GPs won't refer me anywhere as I have long COVID, they don't see the point. Only referral I've had was to the LC clinic where I was discharged after 3 sessions with some breathing exercises and the advice that I'll get better over time - 2+ years in

Long Covid has a huge impact on how you identify. Many lives are defined by who you are as an athlete, your career, academics etc. It's hard to figure it out whats left when it's all stripped away.
