@neightm04 @GZwonaka @Dzungie007 I'm not people of the law but having dealt with them a few times, even though the truck was speeding it did not cause the accident, the bakkie neglected to yield to on coming traffic and so it's liable for anything that follows after.

@GZwonaka @Dzungie007 People of the law, is these instances, If the truck driver was speeding but had the right of way, and the bakkie was at fault due to not following basic rules of the road.. Who’s at fault in the event that it results in a death?
