Through practical exercises based on the #SkillAiPlus method and the principles of #Aikido, the youth of 🇸🇮 explored how to respond to conflicts peacefully, strengthened inner stability & self-confidence, learned mutual respect and empathy through movement & spatial awareness.

Within the #SkillAiPlus project, our Slovenian partner spent April visiting Škofja Loka, where the team shared their knowledge on connection through movement and creating safe school environments with youth and educators. #EuropeanProject #ErasmusPlus

The activities were inspired by Aikido principles such as balance, respect and non-aggressive conflict resolution. These concepts were adapted into accessible exercises that helped young participants better understand and navigate challenging social situations. #ErasmusPlus

The Romanian partner of the #SkillAiPlus European project organized an engaging antibullying workshop for young students. The session was designed to be both meaningful and interactive, bringing together practical exercises that encouraged reflection, empathy and collaboration.

Using interactive scenarios, special exercises and teamwork, the teens looked at different forms of bullying, consequences and practical ways to respond and prevent it. The activities helped them better understand the emotional impact and the importance of taking good action.

The meeting took place in a very positive atmosphere and it was agreed that the Aikikai of Greece Federation will submit a proposal to the Municipality of Piraeus for the organization of educational events focusing on the prevention and treatment of school bullying.

The President of the Aikikai of Greece Federation, Evangelos Patras, met in Piraeus with Nikos Gemelos, Commissioner for Sports and President of the Municipal Education Committee of the Municipality of Piraeus, in the framework of informing public bodies about SkillAiPlus.

The #SkillAiPlus transnational meeting was successfully held in Granada, in an inspiring atmosphere of creativity and collaboration. Partners from Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Hungary, Romania and Slovenia reviewed progress and shaped the next steps of the project. #ErasmusPlus
