Congrats to the @marfumacrugby at the @usaclubrugby 7s Nat Championships. @Nav7sR shut out Old Blue 17-0 for the Cup while @ScionRugby won their 2nd straight @USARugby title beating WAC, 29-7. @SkillRugby came in 3rd & @Beltway7s was 6th. @capitalrugby & @EastPennRugby dominant!!

NASA’s Crew-4 Mission launched today to carry astronauts to the International Space Station including USA Eagle Jess Watkins! Jess was coached by our very own Chris Ryan and this photo of Chris is being taken to the ISS! What an honor! You deserve it coach!
