Aang created a bunch of problems Korra had to fix > Ignored nonbender oppression → Equalists rise > Pacifism let Yakone’s kids terrorize the city > Created the 5th Nation that led to Kuvira Aang solved the war but created the mess Korra inherited.

Some of that is fair but you're putting Korra's mistakes on Korra and Aang's mistakes on everyone except Aang which isn't consistent. Yes Korra made decisions that had consequences but Aang literally had 60+ years to address non bender inequality and didn't. The Equalists didn't rise because of technology, they rose because benders were genuinely abusing power and non benders felt unprotected that's a governance failure on Aang and Tenzin's era

To the people who said Korra doesn't have the strongest Avatar state, here's a direct quote from Bryan Konietzko(a co creator of the show): ​"Raava is the hard drive, and the past lives are the data. When the hard drive was destroyed, the data was wiped. But when Raava was reborn, the hard drive was essentially rebooted." So what he meant was that Korra lost the collective knowledge and techniques of her past lives, but her direct connection to Raava was reset to its purest and most potent state. Especially since Raava was in her biggest and strongest state and not in the weakened state she was in when she fused with Avatar wan. Basically, this means Korra has the strongest Avatar State.
