Firstly, it appears you only sent for crafting the one marked with the green tick. It also shows you collected all other highlighted ones. The greyed-out ones you don't have in your inventory. Secondly, you're saying the crafting system doesn't work and also Crystara Marketplace didn't send the NFT you bought which is quite odd. we'll investigate.

The transactions are public on Suprascan. This was not an accusation but a statement of facts. You opened 53 cases but sent some NFTs for crafting, meaning you have fewer to meet the threshold. We'll investigate the drops you received and what you sent for crafting and publish the results.

@SkinFi_ @Starkey_wallet Your conclusion is absurd. All 7/7 skins were assembled in my inventory and the redeem button appeared . Transactions then removed the skins from my inventory, which proves the system recognized the craft was complete. Don’t accuse me of not collecting the skins.
