Tonight concluded our August Basketball Lifting. Our numbers peaked at 7, but this core group was able to add a total of 25lbs of body weight/muscle during our 14 lifting sessions. Thank you to Justen Stoner for creating a fantastic lifting program for us!

Today concluded our 2023 Summer Youth Camp! Thank You to the 30 campers that participated! Also, a special Thank You to the HS players for their efforts by taking the time to give back to the future of our program! The future is bright for our basketball program!!

Coaches complain about players playing too games, then view this as “skill development” & believe players should invest more time & 💵 in these camps. Parents PSA: 10 players watching 1 dribble thru cones is not skill development that transfers to games.

Great lesson in mental toughness & body language.

A full gym for a player led open gym makes for one happy coach! Basketball players are made in the summer, basketball teams are made in the season. I love the direction this ship is heading.

Reminder that our 2-6 kids camp is this week! We will still take same day registration, but we will not be able to guarantee a camp t-shirt. Basketball players are made in the summer, so get your future Varsity players to camp! The future is bright for Arcadia boys basketball!
