@TheJoeySwoll I used to spend 3 hours a day, 6 days a week in the gym. Then work took up all of my time and my weight suffered. Went back to the gym and dealt with this type of criticism. Everyone has started to think they are a social media celeb at the gym. I just bought equipment for home.

NEW🚨: A California nurse who was served at least 14 shots of tequila in under 9 hours aboard a Carnival cruise ship has been awarded $300,000 by a federal jury.
45-year-old Diana Sanders blacked out and fell, suffering a concussion, possible traumatic brain injury, back and tailbone injuries, headaches, bruising, and more.
She argued that Carnival's bartenders overserved her and should have cut her off once she was visibly intoxicated. The jury agreed, finding the cruise line negligent.
Carnival plans to appeal the verdict.
