@LinaTheWeirdooo @Elia_0_ True but not every story needs starts out with a prologue as the point is to explore the event later to recontexualize contrxt as many shows have done They just didn't have the time as thats why they put the dinos backstory into a trailer

I think my biggest gripe with gameoverse is the pacing. I think the pilot would have been much better if it was more of a prologue focusing on the worldbuilding and Kit's backstory, and then the plot of the episode we got to be episode 2.

@kattzii_art @snickerolli @Inkdotorg It's like a minor issue that doesn't ruin the show it just sucks that there is no variety Justice League unlimited and other shows have this problem but are still considered good

@snickerolli @Inkdotorg I’m convinced the people denying it’s a thing are either intentionally being dense or never actually engage intellectually with anything because the show does not hide it at all. Overall it’s like a minor annoyance though

i feel like the female characters having one body type and feeling male gazey didnt necessarily RUIN the pilot for me but i dont like the fact that people arejust going 'OH THERE'S NO ISSUE AT ALL' 'OH THIS IS SUCH A NOTHINGBURGER ISSUE' to ppl bringing it up as a valid critique

@snickerolli To be fair it's only the pilot and it's only the central characters so maybe we could get more diverse female bodies if the show gets greenlit
