@SkyPs4Gamer YouTube can't get involved in disputes of copyright ownership. To comply with copyright law, YouTube's role is to remove content when a valid copyright removal request is submitted. Since you've already submitted a counter notification it's best to wait for the result

If your channel was terminated for copyright strikes, you'll need to get your active strikes below 3 to get your channel back Aside from counter notification, you can also request a retraction directly to the claimant: goo.gle/3JYKYu5 Note that some creators list ways they can be contacted in their channel
