Yes, that is us. We created Skyblock in 2011 and continue to offer its original content to this day. A unique idea should always belong to its creator(s) and we filed a trademark in 2019 due to the evolving nature of UGC on Minecraft. This only concerns the usage of the name "Skyblock", not content that resembles it. There are many unfair practices within the Minecraft Marketplace, where our free-to-download worlds are being sold as purchasable products and falsely labeled as original by other companies. This sparked our concerns, and the companies benefiting the most, along with Microsoft, have been fighting against us ever since. Please note that we have no intention of interfering with the Skyblock modding and multiplayer community on Minecraft, which provides freely available content, including large multiplayer servers like Hypixel. We support and are inspired by those that wish to shape Skyblock into their own unique creations. Hope this information helps, thank you.
