The sneaky bastards are going to push the treasonous NDAA and Section 219 through with the SAVE Act via an ultimatum. Basically, it’s now a two for one… It looks like we will be getting Israeli integration with the military, AND Digital ID under the guise of Voter ID with the SAVE Act. I FREAKING KNEW IT.
America@america

The U.S. House has voted 215-211 in favor of a special rules resolution instructing the text of the SAVE America Act to be attached to the National Defense Authorization Act.

Flock Safety Cameras sent a cease and desist letter to an American saying he must stop making social media posts about them Flock threatens legal action if he posts anything on social media they deem “fake news” WOW “I have received a cease and desist from Flock Cameras, and they said if I make any more posts telling my fans to put f*ck Flock stickers on camera, then I will get pursued with legal action. And I can't make any more false or fake news posts — They said no more f*cking talking bad” I looked it up and they can’t enforce the social media post threats The cease and desist letter is legal, but it has limits on what Flock can actually enforce: They cannot outright ban you from posting on social media or criticizing them. The First Amendment protects your right to free speech, including negative opinions, memes and commentary about public companies and products So no they cannot enforce this, however They can sue if your posts cross into: - Defamation, meaning provably false statements causing harm, not just opinions like “F*ck Flock” - Incitement to vandalism like encouraging illegal damage to their property According to Grok: Cease and desist letters are common “scare tactics” used by companies to deter criticism. Many are overbroad and not fully enforceable

Thomas Massie introduced a bill to cut $3.8 Billion of Israel funding. Hakeem Jeffries teamed up with AIPAC to oppose it. Now AIPAC is running attack ads against Massie.
Shadow of Ezra@ShadowofEzra

AIPAC is in panic mode after launching a new ad targeting Thomas Massie as he pushes to end billions of dollars in U.S. aid to Israel. AIPAC admits that cutting the funding would weaken Israel. "That investment is under attack." Cut off all funding to Israel immediately.

URGENT WARNING — From Dr. Peter McCullough: Pfizer mRNA COVID vaccine is STILL producing spike protein in a real patient’s blood 3.6 YEARS after the shot. Documented bloodwork. Causing blood clots and heart damage right now. This isn’t temporary. The mRNA has no “off switch” — it keeps turning cells into spike factories. The exact same untested mRNA platform is now being rolled out in Moderna RSV and flu shots. ALL mRNA shots must be halted immediately. No more COVID. No RSV. No flu. Nothing. This is experimental tech with catastrophic long-term risks. Politicians, regulators, and pharma must be held accountable NOW.

Do we need this many in our state, with little oversight, and no clear definitions on what will happen if Entergy is wrong on electric costs? Transparency, and regulation MUST be more. They can present "facts", and those "facts" can be wrong. AI centers are needed. The competition with China is a security threat, but there are reports of reclaimed water having bacteria in the water, extreme noise levels for those near a center, and skyrocketing bills, not to mention the current inaccuracy of AI. Why were the citizens of Mississippi not allowed to vote on these centers, and instead it was just announced by our governor? We have started out with little transparency.

Today I wrote and issued this Memorandum which will require basic facts to be presented by data centers at least thirty days prior to any MDEQ permit hearing or vote. It’s basic information any data center should be ready and willing to provide publicly on water, energy, air impacts and company financial viability. I’m doing my job, looking out for you, our farmers and citizens, the People of Mississippi.

🚨BREAKING: House just passed 215-211 to attach the SAVE America Act to the NDAA, pushing proof of citizenship and voter ID requirements forward. No more excuses. Our elections need to be for Americans ONLY. Conservatives are delivering on election integrity while the left loses their minds! This is a big win. Let’s finish the job. 🇺🇸

Why don’t you get them to stop spraying aluminum on us from the chem trails we have?!? Do you actually do anything good for Mississippi ??? DATA CENTERS ARENT GOOD FOR ANYONE!! Let’s talk about what data centers will do to Mississippi @tatereeves WE DO NOT WANT DATA CENTERS TATER TOT! Mississippians DO NOT WANT DATA CENTERS!! How many times do we need to say it!?!? Did you ever get our farmland back from China & Billy Gates or is that the land that’s gonna have the data centers??! 🤨 Why don’t you listen to the people who voted for you?!!??!! 😡 Do you have any idea the health effects of living near a data center? How many acres are you going to allow this monstrosity to be built on? Better question what WATER SOURCE are you using to cool the data centers? The Mississippi River? Lake? Creeks? We want answers @tatereeves ! Do you even care what it does to people’s health!?!? Go ask 1 person who lives near 1 if they like it! You are going to use our retirement money to pay for this disaster! By the time the building is finished being built the tech is already outdated. It kills the environment & many people have gotten sick from it! The PEOPLE OF MISSISSIPPI DO NOT WANT DATA CENTERS!!! * Living near a data center poses several potential health risks, primarily driven by noise, air pollution, and light exposure, though the severity depends heavily on the facility’s design, power source, and proximity to residences. * Noise and Vibration Pollution Data centers generate constant low-frequency noise from cooling fans, HVAC systems, and diesel backup generators, often exceeding 90 decibels. * Chronic exposure to this noise can lead to sleep disturbance, headaches, hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, and elevated stress hormone levels. * In some cases, such as reported in Granbury, Texas, residents have sued for irreversible hearing damage and debilitating vertigo linked to facility vibrations. * Air Pollution and Respiratory Issues Facilities powered by fossil fuels or relying on diesel backup generators emit nitrogen oxides (NOx), fine particulate matter (PM2.5), and volatile organic compounds. * These pollutants are linked to asthma, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular conditions, and increased cancer risks. * Research indicates that a single data center can pose negative health risks for people living at least 0.6 miles away, with impacts potentially extending further if multiple facilities are clustered. * The public health cost of these emissions is estimated to reach up to $20 billion annually in the U.S. by 2028. * Light Pollution and Water Usage 24/7 lighting disrupts circadian rhythms and melatonin production, contributing to insomnia and sleep disorders, while also affecting local wildlife. * Additionally, data centers consume vast amounts of water for cooling—up to 5 million gallons daily—which can exacerbate local water scarcity and hygiene issues in drought-prone regions. * Mitigation and Safety Standards While some sources argue that properly regulated data centers with modern acoustic barriers and renewable energy sources pose minimal risk, vulnerable populations—including children, the elderly, and those with preexisting respiratory or cardiovascular conditions—remain at higher risk. * Communities are increasingly advocating for health impact assessments, stricter emissions limits, and the use of renewable energyover diesel backups to mitigate these hazards. staxengineering.com/stax-hub/the-e… environmentalhealthproject.org/post/the-dange…

Today, I’ve issued a call to convene the legislature in special session tomorrow, July 15, at 3pm. The special session is necessitated by the June 30 expiration of statutes relating to the disclosure of youth records and multiple lawsuits regarding the same. The agreed upon solution (as proposed and agreed by House and Senate leadership) sets up a far better system for both kids who are abused and neglected, as well as those children facing delinquency proceedings. For the first time, children and families will have access to full-time judges and moves us toward a uniform youth court system statewide. I am hopeful — and even optimistic — that members of both political parties can and will vote for this common-sense legislation that will help children and families all across Mississippi. Thank you to Speaker White, Representative Horan, Lieutenant Governor Hosemann, Senator Wiggins, Senator Hopson, and the many other members of the legislature who have been involved in getting us to this solution.
