He had public defenders for prior cases, the public defenders office withdrew and the court appointed Fendley, Chud does not pay Fendley he's a private court appointed because Chud doesn't have assets or money to pay for a lawyer and apparently his entire office is being badly harassed, but he's still his lawyer currently. Fendley was counting on Chuds give send go but that's not going to happen, DA is going to block that because the sendgo was set up BEFORE all this happened and if you read it, it was set up because Chud was fired from his job, it asks for money to help him and his 'family' where he refers to his 2 year old son that doesn't live with him that he doesn't really see even. So that right there is a misrepresentation of asking for money, and it wasn't set up as a legal fund. The court will likely deny his ability to use it for any means because of that, it should go to his son as that's why he set it up to begin with. Chud is a broke loser. The other withdrew because Chud went online and made false statement's about them, saying they blew him off at court etc. He's his own worst enemy.

The public defender WITHDREW? I’d love to see the cases he DID take. I bet they were a lot worse than this one.
