Lower-grade Gold Star Pokemon cards are making moves as their higher-graded counterparts hit new highs. PSA 6 Gold Star Mudkip, Torchic, and Treecko from EX Team Rocket Returns have all been pushing for new highs lately. Torchic leads at $5,000, Mudkip follows at $4,500, and Treecko at $3,499. Pikachu SM98 2017 Black Star Promo recently sold on eBay for a whopping $3,828. Pikachu SM98 came as a promo card in the 2017 Pikachu Sidekick Collection Box. Since it was really "just another promo" at the time, it's extremely hard to find gem mint copies now. but it might be worth the shot to look. If you collected pokemon cards between 2017-2021, you might have a copy of this card lying around somewhere!
