Wallet connection shouldn't be something every LUKSO app has to build from scratch. 🆙✨ up-modal gives apps a ready-made Universal Profile connect flow with desktop and mobile support, Sign In and Sign Up, Wagmi support, and built-in detection for UP Mobile, UP Extension, and supported EOA wallets.

The issue was never interest. It was asking people to manage crypto infrastructure by hand. Universal Profiles move that burden away from the user and back into the product. 🆙

In order to prepare Universal Profiles to become multi-chain, we are deploying the factory contracts on as many EVM chains as possible. So I yesterday took the task to get the gas token of as many EVM chains as I could. I managed it for 71 EVM chains, and the complexity and the knowledge involved in doing that is something a normal user would never be able to manage... This is crypto reality today: navigating complex bridges, chains, RPCs, and things a normal user would never understand... and we wonder why crypto gets no adoption 😄 This is going to change. In the near future when Universal Profiles will be your gateway to all the EVM crypto, one account, app, one simple payment, all networks. But there's one network that will stand out, and that's the LUKSO network, because that's the network where all the profiles are created first. That's the network where users have free gas and the ability to play with tokenization, in an environment where everyone is a profile! If you are a dApp developer, that's the ecosystem you want to build on, while not closing your users from, receiving payments on other chains, and using them for what they are good for. Think about how you'd hire a freelancer online. You check their profile, read their reviews, look at past work, and verify they are who they say they are. You wouldn't send money to a blank account with no history, right? AI agents are about to be *everywhere*, doing real work and handling real money. But right now most of them operate like anonymous freelancers with no profile, no reviews, and no way to prove what they've done. You just have to trust whoever deployed them. LUKSO already solved the identity piece for people. Universal Profiles are smart contract accounts with a name, a picture, permissions, a social graph, and a full history. They're not just wallet addresses. They're actual onchain identities. And they work just as well for agents as they do for humans. @ERC8004 adds the layer on top. It makes agents discoverable across platforms (think: showing up in search results), gives them a portable reputation (think: reviews that follow them everywhere), and provides cryptographic proof of work completed (think: a verified portfolio). All of it public, composable, and not controlled by any single company. So when ERC-8004 deployed on LUKSO, it didn't land on bare infrastructure. It landed on the chain that already treats identity as a first-class primitive. An AI agent on LUKSO gets a Universal Profile as its onchain identity, with multi-key permissions so a human team can stay in control, and ERC-8004 as its reputation and discovery layer so other agents and users can find it and evaluate its track record. No other chain has that combination natively. Most are still running on raw wallet addresses that can't hold a name, let alone a permission system. This is the kind of infrastructure moment that doesn't make headlines but shapes everything that gets built next. The agent economy needs identity and trust. LUKSO provides the identity. ERC-8004 provides the trust signals. Now the two are connected.
