This is not acceptable and never will be, to park like this, even for "only 2 minutes" which was the drivers reason for parking so dangerously in a build up residential area, within 10 meters of a traffic light controled junction and opposite a junction. Driver reported

Always consider Pericarditis for a widespread elevation. But I’d be more inclined to consider acute ischameia/infarction cause until Trop returned.

1) Why not use bougie (in general) Surely is a gold standard approach (notice others saying for DL not VL?)
2) Pt seemed very awake. Lots of tone & movement
3) Blade too far pushed structures around vallecular, closed view & space to pass
