Before acting on any investment post, ask yourself: Does it sound good to be true? Do they want me to move to WhatsApp? Are they asking for crypto or an EFT to a personal account? If you answer yes to any of these, stop and verify.

Keep the word off your phone and off the internet entirely. Say it out loud and memorise it among your family. The best defence against AI voice scams isn't technology. It's a plan and a slightly weird word. #SlamTheScam #AIScam

The fix? It’s simple. Invent a family safe word. Pick something random. "Thunderbolt". "Ninja turtles". "Braai tongs". The more obscure, the better. Anyone in your family calling in a crisis is first asked to give the word. If they can’t, hang up.

Your R1000 is now completely "cleaned": nearly impossible to trace, and almost impossible to recover. Scammers are smart. But knowledge is power. Stay scam aware. #ScamAlert #FinancialLiteracy

Step 5: Finally, the money is withdrawn through exchanges, offshore accounts, or front businesses. It’s then invested in property or luxury goods, or reintroduced as "legitimate" income.
