(CHAD) Quick scorecard: BULLET SIGNS - You wait for direction before starting - You complete tasks but don't own outcomes - You send problems up instead of solutions - Things stall when leadership is unavailable CANNON SIGNS - You'd still create value if your boss disappeared for a month - You like owning things end to end - You send solutions instead of questions - People trust you with stuff they actually care about The best teams I've been part of never had huge headcounts. They had a handful of cannons who really cared, clear lanes and ownership, and the freedom to actually do the work.

OF COURSE the CapCut transcription-based editing. decides not to work on the day I have a 47 minute video to edit. Of course it does. @capcutapp are there any known issues? I'm updated to latest version, cleared cache, switched between wifi/ethernet...it simply won't detect audio
