Week 2 update. Migrated every circuit from Groth16/BN254 to hash-based STARKs over Goldilocks. No trusted setup. 124-bit soundness. Post-quantum by default. Mobile, extension, SDK all rewired. v0.9.9 frozen available soon. @solana_devs protocol-01.dev/updates
