Today I got scammed by @Crunchyroll My membership came up for renewal, and when I went to resub it prompted me for the new promotional rates for 3 months. After signing in and being redirected to check out, I pressed finish check out and instead I was charged 11.00 and when I went to check my membership it said it was just a normal one. I contacted support and they tried saying at first I wasn’t eligible then they said they were wrong and that “I'm escalating this to a dedicated Crunchyroll Specialist for further review.“; I have yet to receive any contact. #anime #crunchy #scam
