Post 1/14 Today I’m finally releasing my new concept album fully here on X: Echoes of Liberty. As America celebrates America 250 this year — the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding and the Declaration of Independence — this 12-track folk album takes you on a full journey through the American Revolution. From the very first sparks of resistance on the streets of Boston all the way to the final victory at Yorktown, each song is built around a real historical moment, but the spirit behind every track feels urgent and alive today. These are stories of ordinary people — blacksmiths, tavern keepers, soldiers, women on the home front, and everyday patriots — who chose defiance over submission. They remind us what liberty actually costs: courage in the face of fear, endurance through brutal winters, and the willingness to risk everything so future generations could live free. The album isn’t just about history. It’s about the living idea that freedom is never guaranteed — it must be defended in every age. I’ll be posting each song in order, one by one, with the full story behind it. I hope these tracks stir something deep in you, fire you up, and make you feel the same fire that drove those who came before us. Let’s begin the journey… 👇

A bit about transparency. Since many of you have been generous in your donations I only felt it fair to show you the costs I have been taking on for the past many months. My server rental across 3 machines runs me around $300 a month (my old costs pre my 2023 return varied between $200-$400/month). What I show below are my last month and current month to date along with the projected month-end cost of my AI use. 6 years ago I invested in a new server at home and new 40TB storage array (fault tolerant) so I can perform my own local backups of everything - the server cost me $2000, the storage array another $2000 or so - I also purchased a new machine for development - which cost $3500. That server (which runs many of the TAS and CAS functions among other things) has been having issues and I expect to have to replace it some time in the next year if I can make it that long. As for AI I use it in two primary ways. First - building and maintaining my 3 sites (adding a 4th and 5th soon which will require renting another $350/month in servers). Second - helping me research and pull datasets for analysis. As you can see by the below screenshot (AI only bill) - it's not inexpensive and until very recently I've taken on these costs by myself (I grabbed my most recent use - this does not include a separate platform from which I've now completely migrated - that other platform was ranging from $300-600/month but had fewer less intelligent AI models). So again I will say thanks to those who are helping as they can - it has been a great relief to me and has enabled me to move forward on building more public-knowledge/access sites. I hope this level of transparency help strengthens the faith many of you are putting in me.
