It upgrades BINOHASH by swapping the vulnerable signature puzzle for one based purely on RIPEMD-160 preimage resistance (quantum-proof under Shor's algo). Delivers ~118-bit security at tiny GPU cost (~hundreds of dollars off-chain) and fits Bitcoin's old script limits (201 ops/10k bytes). Big deal for future-proofing BTC vs quantum threats.
