Add better rewards for GM. Remove book of the dead, add more cape swaps, something to incentivize. I don't speed run inferno

@dr4g0nk1ng @OldSchoolRS yeah its very weird you cant but jagex been trying so hard and pushing their courier tasks since release that you have to do it for reasonable pet chances. even though trials being most effort should have the highest pet chance but that wasnt the case this at all

@SlayaMasters @OldSchoolRS The fact that it's the place you would most likely find a turtle is crazy that it wasn't included. Since, of course, a turtle could get tangled in sea trash, get pulled up, and then be rescued.
