@sproutposting As someone whose main learning strategy is "fuck around until you understand", tutorials have always SUCKED no matter what I use. Blender's too complicated for my strat so I've sadly accepted it'll never be

I CANNOT stress enough - if you try getting into Blender DO NOT start with those 45 min donut tutorials. If every video on a channel is over 20 minutes long, they’re most likely trying to make ‘content’ rather than practical tutorials. Most of that stuff takes 3 minutes or less
