TLDR for anyone who doesn’t want to read a 47 page document that provides far too much detail pertaining to her sexual life: - she got played by sykkuno too. That’s it. That’s basically the entirety of her claims. She tries to make it seem like he’s a predator bc they became friends when she was 17 even though nothing happened till she was 18+, She tries to dodge accountability (and any agency, honestly) by claiming she has ADHD and OCD and an eating disorder and blah blah so therefore she’s unable to properly engage with human beings which means Sykkuno took advantage of her Oh and he sent her money so therefore she must’ve been coerced into all her decisions. Just a bunch of meaningless bullshit. Woulda been easier if she’d just tweeted, “Sykkuno cheated on his gf with me too” and left it at that.

April is SA Awareness & Prevention month - so let’s talk about it. The reason why Sykkuno’s behavior - and why other serial cheating behavior - IS predatory is because it falls under something called “consent obtained by deception” or “false consent”. It’s a form of sexual assault - or more precisely, it can be considered that. The reason why it is considered assault is because by engaging in the deception you are taking away the other person’s ability to make informed & enthusiastic consent. I think the California penal code says it best: “The victim is not consenting to have intercourse with you, but rather with the person they believe you to be.” Consent induced by deception is NOT valid consent. To prevent this, AND TO BE BETTER INFORMED on if YOU or your partner are giving valid consent - remember the 4 C’s. 💙 - CLEAR : consent is given enthusiastically/given clearly verbally or with actions. - COERCION FREE : consent must be given freely WITHOUT pressure, MANIPULATION, or threats. - CONSCIOUS : a person must be awake and sober to give consent. - CONTINUOUS : consent has to be given continuously, a “yes” in the beginning does not = a “yes” for future acts. At the end of the day, cheating in the US is typically considered “unethical” as opposed to “illegal” - That doesn’t make what he did okay, and it doesn’t make the victims experience in all this any less violating. The girlfriend is a victim. The other women involved are victims.
