@MerlinapUK @altontowers I went through the pass holder hub and queued when you get to the website after queuing you can only purchase not use passes! Also my passes are valid until aug but can’t book past June?? X

@MerlinapUK I’ve just queued for 40 mins to get onto the @altontowers page to prebook my tickets but you can’t prebook when you get on please see images and reply

@MerlinapUK I’ve had to pay £1 for every time we want to pre book places which I understand due to social distancing gone to book the circus this morning and you want £5 each?! That can’t be right I’ve already paid £700 for our passes which I can’t use as I like, please respond

@altontowers I’m still unsure why you can go I into any dungeon with ur pass but at Alton towers u have to pay, I understand that u would restrict entry due to the nature of the attraction but if we go to Warwick there is no surcharge. What is the reasoning behind charging @altontowers?

@SlimHighGreen Hi Lindsay, All the Alton Towers Season Passes are specific to the Alton Towers Resort. Whereas, the Merlin Annual Passes can be used at all Merlin Attractions. Hope this helps. We look forward to welcoming to the resort soon!! 😄 🎢

@altontowers can you get into the Alton towers dungeon for free with a premium annual pass?

@altontowers Ok thanks for the info..... can you tell me though why Alton towers premium passes get one free entry per season but yet merlin premium passes don’t? I’m just wanting to know your viewpoint on this

@SlimHighGreen Hi Lindsay, Entry into our terrifying dungeon is £5 per person with a premium merlin annual pass, this can be booked online or on the day! Hope you have a screamingly good day!
