I want to start giving computer literacy classes to adults in South Africa, for free, in 2026. I want to raise the skills of people that haven't had the opportunity to learn. If anyone would like to help me (or if you're interested in something like this), please let me know.

@Slim_Sizzle @langbaai Tell the whole truth. Non compliance in BEE and BBBEE disqualifies a business not only from state tenders, but also to supply to private companies that want to be BEE compliant, as it would have a negative effect on their BBBEE score. It is an evil system.

@PannevisArno @langbaai Actually you can, you just don't qualify for certain perks. Many white owned businesses that don't comply with BEE, it's not compulsory.

For starters, I cannot qualify for business contract, unless I give 50% of my business away to people that can add no value. It's called BBBEE. I can also not keep my business lean and competitive. I have to employ hangers on to make up the required race group numbers. It's called BEE.
