@Slipkid6975 @MiniTourLoser @TheScann The free game that they released was not nearly the full quality of what to expect with the paid release version. I have both, and the full version is so far superior to the free version that you cannot compare the two.

Seeing LoanDepot Park and Cal Raleigh in a baseball game that isn't MLB The Show is so sick. I do want to get the Japan release of this game still to actually play this WBC mode. Hopefully that version also has English translated menus 🙏

@SnackCakeTheOG @Slipkid6975 @MiniTourLoser @TheScann You do realize that Konami has been releasing this since 2004, right? It's only first now available worldwide. Not to mention the free-to-play game was nowhere near the quality of the full version.

@zaneccampbell @MiniTourLoser @TheScann The visuals are great. The gameplay is not up to par with the Show. The f2p version they released last month was all the proof I needed.

@MiniTourLoser @TheScann Play this game for one minute and you will be astounded. This game is probably one of the greatest looking sports games ever made. It's true to a PS5 game in 2026; it looks incredible. I have hundreds of hours in the last two games.

@Slipkid6975 @Ringo3911 @SirPsychoT This is going to be a full game, with real teams and real modes. The f2p was fake players and teams with only really head-to-head and exhibition. Kind of an interesting stealth network test.

Konami just announced eBaseball PRO SPIRIT 2026, a full mainline Pro Spirit game releasing in the US this July! It’ll have 2026 NPB rosters, a 30-year career mode, a season mode, and English commentary. This could be huge, and provide genuine competition to MLB The Show…

@RakeLambDodger @MOP_KNOWS SDS has issues for sure, but this game has pretty cutscenes and not great gameplay. The f2p version was disappointing to me. Once I realized this is the same game as the f2p, I was bummed out. It not all that.

@TheScann Well if this is just a more fleshed out version of the f2p version they released last month, it’s not good. It all looks great until the ball is put into play. Then it looks like something from the PS3 days.
